jeeni jtag

Dear all:
I use the Jeeni JTAG to connect IAR System Philips Lpc210X kickstart card, I meet the below problem when open the AXD
----------------------------
JEENI (ADP ARM7TDI,RST)Rev2.2
Rebuilt on Jan 12 2001 at 14:22:34
JTAG ERROR TDO=01FE03FE
EICE ERROR :00000000,00000000
SN-0207J032 ENET=00:80:CF:00:13:D7 IP=169.254.64.11
Serial Rate 9600.
-------------------------------------------------------------------
After a while, It pop up an error window , the message is :
A time-out has occurred during host<->target communications
-----------------------------------------------------
I had set up the ARM AXD as the below:
ARM AXD->config Target->serial->9600 baud rate.

In the Kickstart card ,I select JP6 to set the primary JTAG and Pull JP7 to high to let LPC2106 to Debug Mode.

Now ,I can use Jconfig.exe to setup the JEENI Jtag, such as program the flash. when I run the Jconfig.exe ,I select all default setting.
I had checked all the trouble shooting in the JEENI JTAG Manual , but I don't know where is the error ? Pls give a help.
thank you !

Re: JEENI JTAG Connect to IAR Philips LPC2106, Time out prob

EPI's JEENI did not support RTCK, so it cannot work with Philips LPC2106.
Since ARM7TDMI (Philips LPC210x) could set 2 H/W break points only,
to use cheap JTAG emulator to debug code in embedded Flash memory is enough.
It is not big different if you do not use ETM.
BTW, Philips's core designer of LPC2000 series, they open a group in Yahoo.
Check it: https://groups.yahoo.com/group/lpc2000/
