J1939 - How to Get Truck Model and Year

Dear Sir, how are you?
I've some problems to get some informations at J1939 link.
Datas like speed, rpm, odometer and others, OK, we can get.
But I need informations about the vehicle like model, year, manufacture, brand ...
For this, exist some PGN or SPN that I could check?

J1939 is a CAN bus protocol used in some vehicles. I'm afraid I do not know the command set or what data it can return but I know of a search engine that probably does!

Yes, I don't know if this codes exist - and I don't know about your search engine. How this works?
