Iwatsu oscillscope spares

Anybody know where I can buy spares for my Iwatsu 7606 oscilloscope? There is a small SMD module in the power supply marked 365 which has blown and I need a replacement. There is no circuit information in the service manual for this.

Alternatively does anyone have an old power supply PCB floating around that they no longer need?
