Issues with in built D-latch in Tanner 13

Hi,
In D latch provided by Tanner I provided a Pulse to D, also pulsating voltage(As clock) to Phi1 and Phi2 respectively, but I didn't get expected behavior, in fact I'm getting the replica of D signal with some distortions.

Plz help me in fixing it.
