How can we identify the transmitter of the unknown CAN ID message on bus in network management? can any one explain about this?

it is hard - i don't think you can.
this is one of the reasons why can-bus is easy to hack.

You can by connecting suspected CAN devices through a bridge.

You might need a can analyzer for this purpose.!!
but that may cost.
