I am using two MIC2954 5v voltage regulators to generate two 5v outputs to supply the AVCC and DVCC of ADs128s102(a/D converter). The power supply remaining same for both the Voltage regulators can anyone suggest me the best way to isolate the inputs of both the regulators from each other.

Thanks in advance.

Why do you need to isolate the regulators' inputs ?
The data-sheet doesn't even think you need two regulators:
