I am sandeep,i completed my btech in 2010 and now i joined in PG diploma in vlsi design in annamalai university through distance education,is this a useful one,i joined this bcoz i have 2nd class in btech,please give ur opinions.....

You have done a good job.Just remember that you have to gain vlsi skills.
Download modelsim simulator, start coding modules and simulate it.
This will boost up your skills.
