Is this microcontroller pin open drain or push-pull?

Hello,

Is the PA20 and PA21 pins of the Atmel SAM3N00B microcontroller open drain outputs or push-pull?

I can't tell from page 8 of the datasheet (it seems to suggest that pull up resistors are needed to take the pins high?)......

Our software engineer has left.......pins PA20 and PA21 are not going high when they should, did he program it wrong, or is it open drain?

Its an emergency light pcb

Microchip never leaves you in any doubt as to what pins do....see page 6 of PIC12629 datasheet..
