is there IEEE fixed point package ?

Hello,

is there exist a package called ieee.fxd_pkg for fixed point arithmetic in vhdl?
if it exist how can i get it?
it's not included in xilinx 10.1

any other ideas for a trustful fixed point package rather than ieee?
