is there any Schematic intreation tool for HDL?

I want ti integrate the submodules which are in verilog. is there any tool which can read the HDL files. Give ,me boxes of each design with pin names.
Allow me to create instances & connect them with GUI.
 

For my opinion, Debussy may do this job for you. Its Schematic interface can communicate with Edit interface easily.
 

Debussy is the most suitable tool for you
