Hi,
I don't think there is any JTAG interface available for any of the PIC ICs. Microchip has their own In Circuit Serial Programming (ICSP) technique of programming and debugging their ICs.

Hi

Only PIC24xxx/DSPIC has JTAG interface for debugging and progrmming the other PIC dont have it, most of them use old ICE technic or ICD (horrible) debugging interface

And probably PIC32xx - soon to came will have JTAG interface
