I have a nA current source. Now I have to divide this current in some 1:1000 ratio(say 1pA and 1000A).Can anyone suggest some circuits for this?

Use 1000 equal resistors|transistors in parallel ;-)
Or use 1.11̇ MΩ , 11.1̇ MΩ , 111̇ MΩ , 1GΩ in parallel.
