Razavi's book "Analog design" is a good starting
 

Razavi's book and Allen's book are good book for analog design.

i have the pdf version of allens book .i think it is a good book for cmos design.
 

I recommend the book "Design of Analog CMOS Integrated Ciruit", RAZAVI & "CMOS Analog IC Design", Allen Holdberg.....
