[SOLVED] Is there a way to add dummy fingers to a mosfet in the layout without abutting two transistors ?

Hi,
I am laying out a Current source and I would like to add dummy fingers to the mosfet. What I have come across is abutting two transistors.
How to add dummy fingers to the cascode to the current source? Using the same way as above, the body of the main transistor is creating issues.
