Is the TSMC 0.18um Mixed Signal SALICIDE (1P6M, 1.8V/3.3V) Library good for Designs using 0.4V to 0.9V supply? Should I use another Library for 0.4V?

I have been designing a bandgap voltage reference but I need to operate the design in Subthreshold, Is the TSMC in 0.18um process technology in 1.8V/3.3V usable for designs having to use 0.4V to 0.9V? Or should I use another library for 0.4V and 0.9V designs?
