Is the i2c interface in VGA DB15 connector 5V compatible?

vga i2c

Is the i2c interface in VGA DB15 connector 5V compatible or 3.3v compatible?
I remember that most monitor's i2c is 5v compatible.

I think, it's according to the SMBUS specification (), allowing a bus voltage of 2.7 to 5.5 V.
