I'm designing a photovoltaic based system that uses an inverter

Is Solectria PVI 4000 inverter suitable for Sanyo 205 Module Solar Panels?

Or have any other combination can suggest to me?

Thanks

Do you intend to power the inverter directly from the PV panel?

A solar panel puts out a wide range of voltage, depending on how much current you draw from it. An inverter would need to be able to accept a high voltage such as the panel puts out just when it is being connected.

The panel would then drop to some unpredictable volt level as it provides current.

This is one reason why a battery bank normally goes between the solar panel and the inverter.
