I have control circuit. it is for driving e.g. motor,gates. some components are microcontroller,triacs,power transistor. yes there is 220AC. I wonder. can i put this circuit in single chip with mixed signal approach. is it profitable point of view cost(for big quantities), usage flexibility, design fab? answer may be open. but your opinions are important for me. thanks,
