can you answer me a question... if you are using (or used) mentor graphics Pads2007.?.

is it possible to draw a 3D graph of the electric field outside sth in this program?

PADS 2007 doesn't make that.

In PADS Logic you draw the schematic, in PADS Layout you define the layout and in PADS Router you make the routing.

HFSS by Ansoft does it.
