when I some test Blockin wafer, for example single nmos, I need some equipment like 4145 , parameter analyzer.

is it essential process that parameter extraction from test block?

I can parameter extract from Hspice simulator using BSIM3 model lib.

is it difference between parameter from Hspice and parameter from 4145?

how do you think which one is precise values?
