Is FinFET more suitable for ANALOG and RF circuit Applications ?

Hello

I would like to know if FinFET is suitable for ANALOG and RF circuits ?

What is the difference between FD-SOI, PD-SOI and Finfets[/COLOR]?

Thanks

I imagine that in the end, this will come down to what the
"big digital" guys decide to trade away for what matters to
them. In 2D-land their halo implants and LDDs make for
degraded RF performance (why do you want source
ballast resistors everywhere, need them or not?) as the
cost of tolerable megagate supply leakage and so on.
An RF guy who needs one -really- good transistor just
doesn't have the same values.
