Is email legitimate about completing registration?

Just received this email about another step to complete registration "Since it has been more than two weeks...". Registration was already completed and FAQ says nothing about another step. Is this legitimate, spam, phishing, ....? Did I miss something? If legitimate, I suggest adding a clarification to the FAQ registration info.

if you don't click on this link in previous time, you should complete the registration.

Your account is not "awaiting email confirmation" and so should be working normally so I would ignore it until we hear from Gulson.
