I am making an ultrasonic generator using half bridge used an IRs2110 two IRF840 an pic microcontroller 16f616, MY controller works fine without power circuit but when i complete my circuit then circuit works and after 3 sec microcontroller stops working.
I have tried an isolated supply to microcontroller of 5 volt.
IRs2110 have 12 volt supply.
Can any body have solution, any suggestion welcome. Thanks in advance.

can you provide more detailed explanation and schematics , so that we can help u to rectify and fix the problem in an optimized way.

Did you debug you microcontroller's program?because I am interested about 3 sec you mentioned, why 4 sec or~~~~, would you mind show more details?

I have uploaded scaned image

ZZllerner There is not issue for microcontroller i think some spike or noise is comming to port pin of micocontroller, i have tried current limiting resistor between port pin and input of irs2110 then also problem is same.
and tried high frequency diode between port pin and input of irs2110 but it works but my circuit current much increses than normal.

If I vary primary inductance by introducing airgap then it gives some good result.
My Load is capacitive, so can any 1 explain me what is happening here.
