Hello,
I am developing a device which can be control using a remote and a PIC18f26k22 micro controller. I want to use RC5 protocol for communication. Any suitable IR sensor for this.I thought of using TSOP1736. Is TSOP1736 best ??Any suggestions ??
 

I read the link and coding part is easy only
but my question is TOP1736 is currently the best avail option in the market ?
