Dear all,

I am designing a flyback inverter as part of my graduation project. I am facing some issues. Kindly, see the attached file . My question is about the use of IR 2110 with grid connected as a load. The specific question is about the ground connection. Is it necessary to connect the source of switch S1 with the ground of IR 2110 ? If not then how will the gate signal work ? Secondly, i am using two IR 2110, one for high side and one for low side mosfet. My question is , can we use one biasing source for both of them or do we need isolated power supply for each of them.

Kindly help.
