inverting gain of opamp

I neither find "Gn" nor "21" on page 4 of this document...

The answer is simple: The closed-loop bandwidth does not depend on the inverting gain, but on the feedback factor k which is the inverse of the corresponding non-inverting gain (also called "noise gain") k=1/21.
