I have implemented the full bridge inverter to provide pulse wave of the output voltage. using 2 kinds of switches but the sparks which are noticed in both results seems too annoying and will effect the load circuit .where the switching frequency is 50 Khz
My question is how can I overcome this issue if u got any idea?? where trying the Dc link capacitor did not make any changes

and the first3 graphs i have used tow IGBT module, 1200 volt 100A half bridge (DMG2100SH12AL) which are connected to be a full bridge. with differnt input valus as well

for second 3 graphs I have used IGBT(IRG4PH30KDPBF) with diode recovery and at different input values.and with small capacitors in parallel with each switch. which makes the put put a sin soudial wave which is not preferred and the voltage can not reach to the desired voltage
