Interview questions about Transconductor, DC-DC Converter ??

I am having an interview this weekend. I am reviewing what I did before. Can you give me some questions about Transconductor, Gm-C filters, DC-DC converters and PLL? They could be from very basic to advanced. And also any question about analog such as opamp, bandgap, comparator is welcome. Please give me a hand, thanks.

Here are some ESD questions that might ask to you..

1. How can you prevent ESD?
2. What effect do ESD do to devices?
3. Why should we consider ESD?
