hi
can anybody tell me how to calculate the internal power of a digital circuit using HSPICE.
thanks in advance.
 

Internal power of a cell is Charging & Discharging of internal capacitances of a CMOS transisistor

HSpice contains its information i.e it contains power template wit this template ull calculate internal power

i hope itll help u
