hi guys...

I design an ATS project, and I tried to use 2 MOC+Triac to switch each source, but it gave me problems... lots of triacs burnt and the 2 sources seem to be not completely interlocked.

some people advised me to use Relays. the 2 sources will be 220v AC (means and from an inverter), PIC MCU will do the control part.

I need a design/schematic idea to how to do the interlocking between 2 sources that controls 1 load (Lamp or so).

I use Proteus for simulation and I failed to have any successful circuit so far.

thanks

You don't need 2 relays. You can achieve your requirement using single relay. Hope the schematic below will help you.
