interfacing 8051 with RF modules (TX and RX)

iam try to interface 8051 directly with tws434a and rws434 (tx and RX) without encoder and decoder.but i found it difficult to code in 8051.plz help me out to solve the problem.

You didn't specify which 8051 you are using nor did you describe your project.
What type of data are you sending? i.e. How many bytes, commands, etc.

You must use an encoder. You won't do it without one.
