interfaceing PIC16f84a and Siemens a57 how?

Can i make a pic to send at command to siemens to call a some number if my rb0 is on high level?how?and how to connect the phone and mcu.thanks
 

it's easier if you use PIC16F877, it has USART compared to F84
 

ok ,i will use pic16f877,but how to connect,more detail please.
 

its a good idea to explain how to connect a PIC or ATMEL with Mobile
