I am using ATMEGA32 micro controller at 8Mhz internal frequency. I want to know how can we interface PC or laptop with ATMEGA32 microcontroller . Actually i want to give command from pc or laptop to the servo motor interface with microcontroller.

You can communicate via UART...
use a terminal on the PC side.
As most PC/Laptops today don't come with an RS232 port, You'll probably have to use a USB to RS232 converter.
