Somebody knows which MCU can interface with PC by ethernet port (RJ45) and also interface with memory card with capacity over 16MB.

It would be better if you could give me a list of MCU so that I have a variety of choice :D

Thank you in advance!

Two methods can be used to access Ethernet: usual data bus and special communication data bus. Some MCUs support both methods like MPCxxxx from Motorola. They are widely used in communication applications.

Hi,
You can look for Rabbit core modules. They have both ethernet and 16Mb serial flash memory option. If I am not wrong some of the core module even come with SD card slot. Their Dynamic C also quite powerful.

Happy coding
