can any one help me in Interdigitized matching pattern for A=20, B=20, C=40, but area should be rows=14 including 1 dummy on either side...
 

i am expecting some help guys....pls reply
 

If I good understanding, You want to make a matrix of 80 active devices (and some dummies) and get 3 devices combining from 20, 20 and 40 elements?
Start from 6x14 matrix and from connecting the largest device by bounding every other element, like that:
 


hi dominik, thnx for u r reply, but i didnt got u r point , i am asking the matching pattern for A=20, B=20, C=40...and at the end 1 dummy each and the should be of 14 devices in each line..

no this wont work... we need to match with respect to A..and it is an interdigitized matching
