interconnect chip

I would like to interconnect two chips at 94GHz and then make a module, but it has different impedance. So I hope to design interconnction between two chips for matching impedance. It's not wire bonding and not flip chip
I hope anybody recomend book

Kindly use optical isolation ICs i.e. optocouplers.

hmmmm......

Hamdard, please suggest an optocoupler type that will work at 94GHz.

...or read the question carefully.

Brian.

At 94GHz, each pulse of light would have a length of 3mm (each pulse is a ray or pencil of light 3mm long) travelling behind an earlier similar pulse. !!!
