please suggest some cheap camera modules that can be easily interfaced with avr microcontroller

any circuit diagram and documents will be helpful
 

I was tryed this product and works fine.

UART communication, there is also TTL and RS232 version, can take up to 640x480 resolution
 

what did you do with this product can u tell some more explanation about it
 

With camera I try to measure capacitance of soil....just kidding...to take picture of course...
This is a datasheet and application in attachment.
