how can we inter face verilog design with other pc verilog design

If i have understood your question correctly, then you have your own verilog design and other designs on your PC.
So all what you need is to create a top-module that instantiates an instant from all designs you need, then use some wires to interconnect them. This needs that they have matched I/O ports, otherwise you will need some glue logic and may some bus wrappers to change control logic from one bus to another.
