Intellisuite error in opening result file in TEM

I am designing a cantilever for obtaining as minimum possible natural frequency. Each time I complete the frequency analysis and go to results<Natural Frequency> an error is thrown that a file FEA_jon is not found and no such file or directory exists. What should be done in this case.
