Instrumentation op amp on single supply

I think that should work, but I need to see a circuit diagram to be certain.

we just thought if the output is sitting on 0.8v, then maybe the inputs wont see anything below 0.8v...just a kind of crazy idea we worried on.
 

If you are referring to the output offset pin, that simply controls the quiescent DC level of the output signal, it has no effect on the voltage levels detected at the input.

thanks, and if we put 0.8v ref in, then the (input voltage x gain) in volts, will be added on top of the 0.8v?
