anyone know about iSLI in Scotland?
how about studying MSc there?

it is really awful place to be. too much to do without get really the knowledge. very intensive course that doesn't let you to really learn.

I did my masters there in 2001-2002, andI hated it. It was a lot of hard work, at the end of 1st semester I had 6 exams in 5 days.
You get access to industry standard tools, but because of the intensity of the course you're not on them long enough to take much away from them.
There were a few useful skills I took from there, and the projects you get to do can be pretty good for getting a job. My project got me into a PhD.
You do yet your own desk and unix workstation, and the canteen was pretty decent.
