how to insert stranded copper wire in the breadboard?

Or solder a pin at the end of the stranded wire

or as a last resort... twist the strands as tightly as you can and add solder to it to bond them together and make it stiff.

or as a last resort... twist the strands as tightly as you can and add solder to it to bond them together and make it stiff.

If you don't use the right gauge wire the contacts get bent and then you have a useless breadboard
