INL and DNL Testing - help needed

how account inl and dnl?

I am having a problem in getting the Ns of the problem that is attached. i am trying to get the Ns through reverse calculation. but it doesn't give me a correct number of samples. I have also included the formulas that are needed in solving the Ns.


Right now I am trying to make a code in getting INL and DNL through IGXL. the solution might help me in formulating my code.
