There are some more like Qualcore Logic, Analog devices, Ikanos, Mindspeed Technologies, IKOA Semiconductors, Skyworks Inc, Tundra Networks, Adaptec, Vitesse Semiconductors

I have no idea about salaries for Pd guys. It all depends on how your skills match the companies interview, what your current pay package is, how well you perform in the interviews and the most, how desparate is the company to hire you?
