Hello all ..

I need information about the IC Packaging in as many topics as possible subh as : materials used, packaging trends, mechanical and thermal c/cs, packaging road-map, packages types and models, ...etc.

If anyone has e-books or knows useful links to such topic, please reply ...

take a look at www.carsem.com, they're a pretty big packaging house so they have all the cool new packages and lots of data.

it was only supposed to be text, not a link. i think you could try typing the address in yourself to remedy the problem, see if that helps..
