Hi all
could anybody help me to find out contact pins as shown in image.Thanks in advance

No these are not 2.54 mm pitch generap purpose contacts but its independant pins which should be soldered on PCB directlly like GSM Module on any gate driver circuitary.
 

There is a provision for a "PIN" under eagle. we can place any number we want.
a screen capture is shown below.
