Infering DCM from V -2

Pls tell me how to infer DCM from Vertex - 2.
If possible pls give example code.

If you are using ISE and XST, I don't think it's smart enough to do that.

The XST User Guide chapter "HDL Coding Techniques" generally describes how to infer things, but it doesn't mention DCMs.
