Inductors in mains AC filter module?

That would be the normal configuration. L1 windings cancel the high frequency currents by subtracting them magnetically, L2 and L3 increase the HF impedance of each connection individually.

L2 and L3 inductors suppress differential mode noise and L1 suppresses common mode noise.
