Hi

Can a whip or simple antenna pick radio energy regardless of frequency content?

I wanted to measure the induced voltage but ain't sure where to measure the antenna's outlet. Would be happy to hear from you guys

yes it can receive, but frequency in the range corresponding to lamda/4. the induced voltage can be measured by high gain instruments

Interesting....

Do you have example of implementing in the simplest way?

Out of curiosity, what about radio scanner? It is capable of scanning a wide range of frequency therefore it should be easily emf induced.

hi
i havent done it... but we normally dont keep the leads of LED etc more than lambda/4 in order to avoid picking up external noise... this helps for EMC...

the simplest example could be increasing the length of ur omni directional antenna of ur radio to pick up...
