Incorrect Data reception in lpc2388 ethernet interface

hi all,

Can any one help me in pointing out the problem.
I am using Ethernet interface on MCB2300 Evaluation board using lpc2368 controller it is working fine(easyweb sample code). same code im using in LPC2388 I am able to receive data but incorrect data i am getting(for example im transmitting 0x61 0x61 0x61 0x61 0x61 0x61 0x61 0x61 im getting 0x21 in place of 0x61 in some bytes )what could be the reason??
i am not verifing checksum.
